OTOPIA AT WORK

From the daily task
to the bigger picture.

Design workflows, coordinate people and agents, and review the work with context. These examples describe possible workflows using illustrative projects; available actions depend on your edition, permissions, and connected services.

HOME & ASSISTANT

Start the day with a clear next step.

A lead checks due reminders, assigned tasks, and agent activity. Assistant commands bring the relevant work into view, while a connected agent can help with an open question.

  1. See what needs your attention on Home
  2. Find a task or reminder through the Assistant
  3. Ask your connected agent for help or clarification
  4. Keep the decision with the task
  5. Follow progress on your personal board
AGENT STUDIO

Design, test, and inspect an agent workflow.

Build a workflow from supported nodes, edit the details in a canvas or YAML view, and inspect a draft run before choosing a version to publish.

  1. Create a draft and define its inputs
  2. Connect steps and configure tools and model access
  3. Run, debug, or simulate with appropriate test data
  4. Inspect execution, logs, traces, and recorded cost
  5. Version and publish within your permissions
BOARDS & DELIVERY

Keep work moving across projects.

A personal board brings accessible tasks together. Project and agent boards give the team other views of the same work, with filters, custom columns, and work-in-progress limits.

  1. Choose the board and the work you need to see
  2. Set clear task owners and acceptance criteria
  3. Use filters or swimlanes to focus the view
  4. Move work with drag-and-drop or the keyboard
  5. Bring blocked work and reviews to the right person
PARALLEL DEVELOPMENT

Three agents. One feature.

An API agent, a UI agent, and a test agent work on a feature in separate scoped workspaces. Each task has an owner; each change keeps its purpose and validation attached.

  1. Split the feature into owned tasks
  2. Start from a known project snapshot
  3. Build independently inside allowed paths
  4. Coordinate overlapping work and review the result
  5. Export the finished snapshot to a Git branch
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Make useful work easier to repeat.

A team keeps a reusable skill and the reasoning behind it close to the project. Agents can use the capability and its context without every task starting from a blank page.

  1. Find a skill and inspect its details and history
  2. Enable it for the appropriate agent
  3. Keep project notes and decisions in Knowledge
  4. Use relevant context for the next task
  5. Review recorded usage and improve the shared material
CHANGES & REVIEW

Review the work with the evidence attached.

A reviewer opens a change from the queue, inspects its task, changed files, validation, and base snapshot, and follows up with its author before the next delivery step.

  1. Filter changes by status, type, author, or date
  2. Open the detail panel and inspect the change
  3. Check validation and surfaced overlap risks
  4. Request a revision or make the permitted review decision
  5. Select a finished snapshot for the Git handoff

One workplace, connected to your tools. Studio runs need the appropriate runtime and model connections. The Assistant routes open questions to a connected agent. For development, Otopia coordinates work before Git; finished snapshots can be exported into your existing delivery workflow.
